Randy just came by to inspect my 28-year-old HVAC unit that finally gave out on me. He was extremely thorough, explained everything clearly, and took lots of pictures so I could see exactly what was going on. He was also very understanding and sympathetic—this one definitely hits the wallet hard! 😂 Once I hit the jackpot and can replace my HVAC unit, I will absolutely be using Randy!
